The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The receptionist, Sheila, was particularly kind and made our experience even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the clean and stylish room, which had a great view thanks to the large window. The hotel offered fast wifi and provided complimentary bottled water daily. the price was reasonable, especially with the special promotion we received.
We felt very well taken care of and had no reason to complain about our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near Ayala mall and restaurants like Jolibee and McDonald's. It was also situated on a main road, making it easy to find taxis and jeepneys. The air conditioning worked well in the room and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I appreciated that they provided towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, water, and had a fridge in the room. the hotel had cable TV available for entertainment.
The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and I found hairs in the shower area.

The hotel staff were courteous and professional, especially Sheila, who was kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with new and fresh-looking equipment in the room. The internet speed was the fastest I have experienced in the Philippines, reaching up to 50/60 Mbps. the facilities were great and the hotel's location was convenient for our needs.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near restaurants and along a main road. the staff seems to handle difficult situations calmly and are reserved in their approach.
One negative aspect that guests have mentioned is the low water pressure, making it difficult for the heater to function properly.
